Fruit Cake recipe


250g Salted Butter

150g Sugar

4 eggs

1st Fold

150g Plain Flour

50g Self Raising Flour

1 tsp All Spice powder

1 tsp Cinnamon powder

1 tsp Nutmeg powder

2nd Fold

400g mixed fruits

100g raisin (I don have raisin in my fridge so I put in cranberries instead)

100g Almond coarsely chopped


4 Tbsp Brandy

1 tsp vanilla accent

2 Tbsp Golden Syrup

Bake for 90 mins at 140C
